Loud explosion and truck fire in Long Island

On Sunday, December 4, firefighters were called to the Town of Huntington's Boxer Court maintenance facility reporting loud explosion. Further investigation confirmed fire at the location with multiple garbage trucks on fire. 
This is from the Town Supervisor, "I am relieved to report there are no injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation however, it does not appear to be suspicious. The explosions many residents reported hearing came from the tires of the trucks as they burned."
There were no injuries. The cause of fire is under investigation.
