Long delays on LIRR after disabled train

MTA reported about 1,000 people are stuck on a disabled train which occurred at East River tunnel for commuters heading to Manhattan. The cause is due to power outage. MTA is working to tow the train from tube 2 to Penn Station. The incident happened around 7:30am. MTA also cancelled routes and delayed until clearance. Reported 8am.
