Long delays in Atlantic Avenue in Jamaica

Atlantic Avenue and service road of Van Wyck Expressway, long delays due to overturned vehicle. Police reported its a truck and driver lost control during turn. ESU, EMS, FDNY and NYPD are on the scene. Reported 12pm.
