Lockers coming soon to NYC

Hello lockers bye bye more parking spots.

The NYC Dept of Transportation announced new lockers to install all around NYC to prevent package thefts in NYC.

The pilot program will start with 15 lockers in selected locations around the city with codes for those who need to pick up packages.

Additional details were not provided but a centralized facility is the choice so this saves from deliveries while people can walk, peddle, jog or run to get their packages. There is no guarantee after the package was picked up if they do get robbed. That's NYC.
