Local residents protesting against homeless shelter after positive COVID

Today, there was a protest at 112-15 Northern Blvd in East Elmhurst against people who are positive COVID living in the homeless shelter. According to the mayor's office, this is part of isolation for those seeking quarantine in hotels. However, local residents protested they are not being isolated and walking around the streets fearing they will infect others. So far, the mayor's office has not responded.
