Local pols called the mayor for public hospitals for vax

After local politicians in the NYC Council pounded on the mayor, Elmhurst Hospital became the first under public health to have the vax administered. The first one to receive the dose is a health care worker at the hospital administered by the NYC Dept of Health Commissioner, Dave Chokshi who is also a doctor. The mayor gave the press brief at the same place and watched the scene.

She has been identified as Veronica Delgado and her message is "Not to be afraid of the vaccine. And not to get information off of Facebook."
