Local events for weekend in Queens and LI

October 9 - College Point Street Festival on College Point Blvd from 20th to 14th Avenues from 11am to 6pm.

October 9 - West Hempstead will have a street festival at 700 Nassau Blvd which will be closed from 10am to 5pm.

October 10 - Brooklyn Williamsburg Fair on Bedford Avenue from N 7th Street to Metropolitan Ave from 10am to 6pm.

October 10 - New York Columbus Day Festival in downtown Manhattan on Broadway from Liberty St. to Battery Pl from 10am to 6pm.

All events are open to the public and it's free.
