Little kid shot in Times Square

Police closed off the Times Square reporting a little kid was shot. This is in front of the Lion King Broadway theater. The kid's parents are awaiting for the ambulance. Reported this is a stray bullet. Now reporting two people shot. Police are working on the crowd control. Evacuation in process. The kid is a female, 4 year old shot in the upper leg. The other shot is a female. The suspect, male, black with a heavy beard took off westbound on foot. Chopper and K-9 enroute. Another female shot. Total of 3 people shot and multiple injuries from non-bullets. All three victims are bystanders. One of four males engaged in an argument pulled his weapon and opened fire. Ongoing investigation.
