Little Neck nursing home sold for 25 million dollars

The location, 260-19 Nassau Blvd where Little Neck Care Center operates has been sold to a new buyer for $25.3 million dollars. This is the building on the corner of Little Neck Parkway and Horace Harding Expressway. The previous owner, SentosaCare sold to RM Holdings Little Neck affiliated with Central Assisted Living. The four story building will continue to operate until the new owner decides the next course of action.
