Lincoln Tunnel closed in New Jersey to Manhattan

Around 1:30pm, police reported an overturned public works truck near Lincoln Tunnel. This is on Route 495 overpass westbound. Multiple vehicles were hit. All bus services are suspended along with trains. Traffic are rerouted to Holland Tunnel.
