Lifestyle center transformation announced for Atlas Park

The Shops at Atlas Park has a new owner and its Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp. The 374,000 square feet shopping center that's all heavily occupied in the Glendale section of Queens will undergo new plans of renovation to the modern stage according to the management. Although the price was not disclosed, real estate experts say the number is in the range of $70 million.

Acore Capital was the company that financed the acquisition.

The current tenants will not be affected and business will continue as usual.
