Liberty Avenue closed for shooting investigation

The NYPD closed off Liberty Avenue reporting a male shot. This is by 175th Street in Jamaica.

A witness says this was a dispute stemming from a road rage while another say the victim got off the public bus when shot. The suspect followed to the bus stop.

ESU recovered shell casings on Liberty Avenue.

EMS is checking for more injuries as well as transporting the bullet victim to a local hospital.

Police described the suspects as male, black who took toward southbound inside road.

Ongoing investigation.

Update - The 16 year old victim died at the hospital. So far no arrests.
