Levittown man arrested for stalking female teen on multiple occasions

The NCPD reports the arrest of a Levittown man for multiple incidents that occurred between Friday, October 4, 2024 and Friday, October 11, 2024 in Levittown.

According to detectives, the Defendant Justin Sullivan, 26, of Levittown, followed a 16-year-old female victim while operating a 2013 gray Nissan Rogue as she was walking home from school on Wantagh Avenue in the vicinity of Old Jerusalem Avenue. The defendant drove past the victim numerous times on five different days and would wave at her while laughing.

On October 10, 2024, Sullivan was observed operating his vehicle and parked in front of the victim’s residence.

Subsequent to an investigation, detectives placed the defendant under arrest at his residence without incident.

Defendant Sullivan is charged with Stalking 4th Degree. He will be arraigned on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at First District Court, Hempstead.
