Less heat for some residents in the area

If you feel cold inside your place or its below the norm outlined by the NYC Housing, please 311 right away. Some residents in Glen Oaks Apartments feels about 50% less than the normal while others with 25%. Also some has about 10% heat in their premise. Few complaints bathroom has no heat at all.
