Large tree fell on a car in Bellerose

During the thunderstorm on August 21 around 6:30pm, a large tree fell to a car on 253rd Street and Hillside Avenue in Bellerose. No one was inside the car during the damage. Police closed off 253rd Street and notified parks department to remove the tree.
