Lakeville Road closed after vehicle accident

The NCPD closed off the intersection of Lakeville Road and Northern Blvd reporting a pedestrian struck by vehicle. EMS transported the pedestrian to a local hospital unconscious and in critical condition. The driver remains on the scene and is cooperating with the police.

Also police are rerouting traffic in the vicinity. The investigation continues.
