LIRR all go to Grand Central next year

Today, the NY governor announced during a press brief the construction for LIRR to Grand Central is complete. The operation will start next year for the public. It will reduce the number of trains going into Penn Station with third tracks also complete. The main route is Grand Central to JFK.
