LIE and CE ramp closed

Police have closed off the Long Island Expressway and Clearview Expressway ramp reporting hazmat incident. A truck carrying large container has one of the 55 gallon drum fell off the truck and spilled on the roadways. Hazmat enroute to investigate the unknown substance. Delays all around.
