LGA JFK and Newark Airports launched electric buses as shuttles

During the week of December 24, The Port Authority launched electric buses at JFK Airport as shuttle buses.

Within 6 months, LaGuardia and Newark Airports will also have electric buses as shuttles.

The entire shuttle buses will be electric within two to three years time frame according to Port Authority officials.

Currently, the buses are using diesel. The buses will carry passengers between terminals and parking lots. Each airports will have charging stations.
