Knight of Columbus had Christmas tree lightning

Last night more than 100 people attended the Christmas tree lightning at the Glen Oaks Knight of Columbus on Union Turnpike and 264th Street. The grand knight John Kolb emceed the function. After a prayer, Kolb lit the tree to everyone's warm round of applause. Knight of Columbus is a members only for Catholics and encourage community residents to join the organization for various activities.
