Justice Dept changed asylum rule to curtail crisis in the south

And resettled refugee gets more than social security benefits
According to Dept of Homeland Security, US Government pays $2,125 a month in refugee benefits from housing to food to refugees resettle in the USA until they can get further benefits to live among the legal aliens and citizens. The average payout for social security who worked all their lives receive $1,400 a month. By definition, a refugee is a person who has been forced to leave their country in order to escape war, persecution, or natural disaster. According to ICE, they are only seeking people who violated laws such as overstayed their visa, wanted for crime, financial fraud and etc. Also, after contacting directly to all Democrat elected officials of both left and right wings in NYC why they are against ICE, they did not respond. Asylum is one of the legal path to USA and the Justice Dept made it even tighter. In 30 days starting today, a refugee must apply with first safe country they enter other than Mexico and Canada. Example is a person from El Salvador seeking asylum must apply in Guatemala, then Mexico before USA. The same example with Syria by applying to Turkey.
