Jumper in Kew Garden Hills

Police are on Jewel Avenue reporting a male jumper from the apartment building. This is in the public housing, Pomonok by 155th Street. The male is armed with a knife after domestic violence inside a unit threatening to jump. ESU is working on the scene.

No presence of social workers to spread the love message on the scene.

Jewel Avenue closed in both directions.
