Jumper down in Whitestone

Police are reporting a jumper on Whitestone Expressway near 3rd Avenue by the bridge. Now reporting the jumper jumped into the water. ESU removed the male and paramedics are working on the scene. The victim is alive and conscious taken to a local hospital after jumped to the watery area.
