Jumper died in Flushing

Police received calls of a jumper on rooftop in Flushing. The incident was reported around 2am on top of 131-12 40th Road. EMS declared the jumper dead at the scene. Ongoing investigation.
Around 10am, a body was recovered in the East River by East 23rd Street and FDR Drive.
