Jericho eatery under investigation

Kobe Steakhouse at 111 Jericho Turnpike in Jericho has police reported of multiple arrests for falsifying tax records.The NYS Dept of Taxation confirmed of more than five counts of falsifying taxes and one court of grand larceny of excess of $50,000. More than $300,000 in taxes owed. The investigation started on March 1 and concluded today with arrests. The Nassau County DA's office reported the arraignment is pending.
