Jackson Heights we have a problem

Hiram Monserrate walked out of his campaign headquarters after 80% votes showing his opponent, Francisco Moya in the lead. Now campaign workers at his office are stranded without pay wondering if he will come back. Several people stated Monserrate was cursing in Spanish before walking out. Moya is having victory party at Tony's Pizza in Corona. Monserrate is supposed to have his at Panorama Restaurant in Jackson Heights but he is AWOL wondering if catering will get paid.
