Its raining in NYC and already 5 shot dead

For Queens, 2nd St and Borden Avenue in LIC, one shot dead over parking dispute. 3 in Manhattan and 1 in Brooklyn. It?s not even Friday yet. NYPD is prepping for heavy shooting scheduled for Labor Day weekend with more victims from gun violence heading to the morgue. With pre-trial confinement disbanded, anyone arrested for gun violence will be released. Police also reported the new method is using scooters with stolen bank cards to shoot their targets which explains the operation shut down from 6pm to 6am. Multiple people were shot from scooter drive-by all week.
