Its Flushing and remember 450K

The landing spot for what was a settlement area for immigrants from all over the world to Flushing, USA is now a restricted zone. One major reason is the price of real estate. Realtors from several agencies representing Flushing has reported the average price of a 1 bedroom to a studio co-op apartment is $450,000. Some of the examples are high tower locations such as 42-55 Colden Street, 41-25 Kissena Blvd and 41-33 Parsons Blvd. Condos are much higher than $600,000. Many landlords are converting apartments including 3 family homes into co-op and condo to discourage the operation of tenants come and go with long term dwellers. The residents mainly from China don't mind the price and easily cough up the required deposit while being on the waiting list. Residents prefers co-op or condo to increase the value to make another purchase of homes of their choice of locations rather than paying rent while waiting longer for saving up down payment.
