It s smackdown time in NYC

The NYC building dept is now competing with the sanitation department to decide who is the Mayor's favorite agency.

The building dept is now working on new code enforcements targeting both residential and apartment buildings where migrants will be placed once the City Council passes the zoning laws, the Mayor's dream project.

From garage to basements to upstairs bedrooms soon to be rented out to migrants comes enforcement from the building department which will start issuing fines and other necessities if the standard regulations are not in order.

The city is expected to cover some of the costs of the migrant crisis with the new housing plan once approved.

The sanitation dept has introduced a new plan of placing containers in neighborhoods of apartment buildings for beds and other large items which can only be opened with a credit or debit card.

May the best agency win by ripping people off.
