Police released the pic of the suspect wanted for Times Square yesterday who is still at large. According to investigation, the suspect intended to shoot his brother after argument broke out with two others. Instead 3 bystanders including a 4 year old was shot. The suspect's last known address is in Queens. If seen, call 911.
