It s Utopia Parkway for bike lanes

Pedal people pedal.

The NYC Dept of Transportation is working with the local community board for the new bike lane on Utopia Parkway in both directions to Union Turnpike.

More funding announced for the bike paths with new developments. Meanwhile, Union Turnpike to Queens Blvd bike lanes are still in limbo since the city employees have not figured out how to make it efficient with vehicles.

The timetable for Utopia Parkway is for late 2023 or early 2024 since it involves lots of paperwork passing around by the city. This is how people play work for that paycheck.
