The bill requiring all NYC community boards full board hearings to be webcast is close to approval. Sponsored by Jimmy Vacca with six other sponsors including the public advocate. As of now, community board 13 from our area can be seen on webcast without attending the meeting for residents in the area and at the same time participate. \
