Information is wanted for who killed Sandra Serrano

WANTED for HOMICIDE: Do you know who killed Sandra Serrano?
On 7/29/24 at 3:30 AM, at Randall's Island Field 71 in Manhattan, officers responded to 911 calls of 3 individuals shot.
