Indoor dining will close in NYC starting Monday

NYC mayor got his wish.

NY governor stated during today's press brief all indoor dining will be closed in NYC starting Monday. However, take outs and outdoor dining will remain operative. This is due to the increase of hospitalization and rising infection rate in NYC's density area which is risky.

What it means in reality, NYC mayor believes indoor dining is a privilege and should not be enjoyed while income is not equal among certain neighborhoods so let them use outdoors or takeout by staying inside to those who can't afford food.

What is means in reality to the governor,

"This is a painful but necessary measure. We must get direct financial aid to impacted businesses. The fed needs to finally fulfill its obligation on this."

Indoor dining accounts for only 1.4% for COVID and Cuomo says,

?It?s one of the few areas where we can actually make a difference. I suffer every lost dollar with these businesses."
