Indoor E cig ban to take effect on December 1st

Starting December 1, 2017, NYS has a new law banning E-cig where regular cigarettes are also banned indoors. Governor Cuomo signed the bill on Monday, October 23 late afternoon. The bill is part of Clear Indoor Air Act. The same regulation notice related to cigarettes will be send out to restaurants, workplaces, bars and other indoor locations stating no E-cig smoking allowed will be mailed out starting this week.
