Individuals arrested for homicide

While patrolling the area of Bay St. & Victory Blvd, Sgt. Gugliucci along with Det. Harkins, PO Cosenza and PO Paholek arrested an individual for boarding an MTA bus without paying his fare. That individual was wanted for a shooting homicide in Elkton, MD. Precision policing.
