Individual wanted for forcible touching

WANTED  FORCIBLE TOUCHING: On 6/29/23 @ 2:40 PM NYPD 115th Precinct  an on-duty crossing guard was bumped into by the unk individual while working @ corner of 32 Ave & 99 St. The individual walked away but came back asking why she touched him & proceed to slap the victim on her buttocks.
