Increasing calls on burglaries in Queens

The NYPD reported the highest 911 calls on burglaries including burglary attempts.

The one note that keeps on reporting by police is suspects in the matching description are males, Hispanics, wearing masks and hoodies. Police also stated the vehicles used by the incidents are all stolen from Brooklyn and the Bronx to target mainly Queens.

For Queens, Little Neck remains the top spot for burglaries followed by Douglaston, Glen Oaks, Bellerose, Floral Park and Bayside.

Local cops on patrol advised many residents not to be flashy with jewelry and other items often a target.

The NYPD are not allowed to enter any locations involving migrants including Creedmoor and local hotels due an apparent policy banning officers without a migrant program supervisor present.

This makes investigation often difficult to locate suspects that match the description according to local detectives.

So again, local residents are advised to stay alert.
