The NY governor?s office reported if NYC indoor is shut down on Monday next week, then all restaurants must remove outdoor dining setup. Enforcement has not been outlined but it?s up to the NYC mayor who has obedient sheriffs. The nationwide report shows 17% restaurants has closed doors for good.
