Ice asphalt grass and mud does not matter to this homeowner

This homeowner placed asphalt on one side on top of grass for another car parking space. The entry and exit made damages to the city's sidewalk and curbs located on the corner of Union Turnpike and Cross Island Parkway entrance going to JFK. \
