Human remains found in Uniondale

Police have closed off Hempstead Blvd in Uniondale reporting human remains found. This is near the Uniondale High School. This came after a male was shot dead in Hempstead on Monday around 11:30am on Terrace Avenue. More investigation are underway.

The human remains is a victim of MS-13 murdered. This is the 6th body found in Nassau County to date and 16th victim of MS-13. Police are working on the identity.
