Housewarming party turned into an arrest for its homeowner

Ravinder Chopra, 50 came to the USA with no money and lived in a Flushing basement home until he saved up to purchase his own house in New Hyde Park. Last night there was a housewarming party and Chopra agreed to drop off his few friends to their homes.\
