Hospital worker busted for forcible touching at a Long Island hospital

The NCPD reports the arrest of a Wantagh man for Forcible Touching that occurred on Sunday, June 6, 2021 at 9:00 am in East Meadow. According to detectives, a female victim, 29, who was being treated at Nassau University Medical Center, 2201 Hempstead Turnpike, was inappropriately touched by a hospital staff member while being transported back to her hospital room. The victim then called the police to report the incident. A thorough investigation was conducted and Taylor Melecio, 25, of 3275 Harvest Road, was arrested. Defendant Melecio is charged with Forcible touching. He was arraigned on Monday, June 7, 2021 in Mineola.
