Home invasion and carjacking in Astoria

Last night around 1am, police reported people robbed in Astoria. This was a local legal office with home on Steinway Street and 25th Avenue. Two suspects, males, black displayed weapon and then took off with items. One is a blue Porsche and other is a Honda.

Then around 5:30am, a victim was carjacked in Astoria. A blue Subaru Legacy was stolen on gunpoint by two suspects with one displaying a weapon.

Both incidents are under investigation.
