Home collapsed in Fresh Meadows

Four men were detained after 2nd floor collapsed when a home was undergoing repairs. Heavy delays on Union Turnpike westbound and 181st Street. NYC Dept of Building officials, FDNY, ConEd and EMS are on the scene. Ongoing investigation.
