Holaaaa sheesh

This is bad and bad.
According to the NYC Comptroller's Office staff who recently leaked a memo that NYCHA gets almost $270,000, that's $270,000 per apartment, that's per unit per year for renovations in NYC.
Private home owners who rent out 2 or 3 families are capped at $15,000 for renovations.
Yet politicians are barking and ranting with press statements for more funds using people living in NYCHA.
One insider at NYCHA stated most of the funds goes to administration and then the management passes paperworks everywhere that remains missing or incomplete. Then start all over with paper work again to missing or incomplete.
Meanwhile NYCHA tenants complain of lack of heat, broken pipes and more on a regular basis.
