Hit and run and slashing with one dead in Richmond Hill

Police closed off the intersection of 121 Street and 97th Avenue in Richmond Hill reporting a woman crossing the street died after hit and run vehicle. It happened around 2:45am.

The female, 31 died at the local hospital from injuries. The suspect driver took off and police stated from a witness, a white Nissan SUV took off from the scene. Two blocks nearby before the hit and run incident, four men were involved in a dispute and were slashed. Two suspects took off in a vehicle matching the description.
