Hillcrest High School assistant principal under lawsuit for sexual allegations

A $10 million dollar lawsuit has been filed against John Binet, assistant principal of Hillcrest High School in Jamaica of allegedly having sex with at leat five teachers and one student. The lawsuit was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court. Further details from the lawsuit disclosed that after Binest was passed for the principal job, more teachers came forward with the allegation. Two other teachers also were named for Binet for manipulation and controlling while worked at school. The Board of Education is reviewing the lawsuit and would not comment due to ongoing investigation. Binet is married with children.
