The NY governor announced names of the first 10 winners who entered the vaxx raffle for college. This is aged between 12 and 17. The 10 winners will go to either SUNY or CUNY of their choices for free paid by taxpayers until they get their bachelors degree. The scholarship is not transferable to other private colleges or Ivy Leagues. The raffle continues until July 7 and winners will be announced in the next round to a total of 50 winners. Also, food and dating expenses are not provided but housing is.
