Heavy tow finally arrived on Union Turnpike

Today one heavy tow truck arrived on Union Turnpike under the Grand Central Parkway bridge to remove a single tractor trailer. According to the Dept of Transportation workers, only one tractor trailer can be towed due to space restrictions. The next towing to remove the rest of the trucks will continue this month on the same spot until cleared. This came after residents complained constantly to the community board and the local precinct in Queens Village.
